Casa Rural Camino Real

Exceptional

Pros: Fantastic accomodation, clean, modern and comfortable.

Cons: It's a little out of the way, but well worth the extra travel. I only wish I had planned a little better to spend more time there.

Pros: The place is in puré countryside, nature around, with many silent, big rooms, a swimming pool. Good internet, clean, amazing breakfast, and the very good communication of the owner to give details and support. The staff is very kind and friendly, good parking car and very good coffee. A free bottle of wáter is waiting for the guest.

Lovely rural retreat.

Pros: Lovely clean rooms. Great bathrooms. Delicious dinner. Good breakfast. Lovely rural setting - we walked but you can be picked up in Melinde.

Kind and helpful staff and comfortable rural stay

Pros: The owners of the property were welcoming and couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable. It had been a wet day and they kindly dried our wet clothes. The room was a little cool when we arrived as we were soaked but it soon warmed up! The dinner and breakfast were delicious and the owners took great pride in offering local dishes which were of a high quality as was the wine! They were so kind to let us pack up the leftover breakfast items for the Camino which we enjoyed for lunch. The place is outside of Melide so best to take a taxi to the Casa and walk along country lanes in the morning and rejoin the Camino.

Pros: Everything was fantastic about Casa Rural. The warm and friendly customer service from Pablo and Carmel was brilliant and expertly done. The food was large portions and was sublime in the evening and the breakfast in the morning extra special. Gorgeous, fresh, restaurant quality food! It was a perfect break from walking the Camiño Primativo. The bed was super comfortable and facilities outstanding. If walking the Camiño primativo, you can walking the Camiño Real which runs next to the location and leads down perfectly to the Camiño Primitivo track after around 4km. It was ideal! I would stay again without a doubt and will fondly remember my stay at Casa Rural.

Highly recommend for a night of comfort and relaxation from the Camino walking

Pros: The property was modernised to a high standard with spacious rooms and excellent showers . Lovely pool area to relax in. the staff were extremely helpful in all ways . The evening meal and breakfast were not home cooked and catered for all dietary needs .

Cons: the distance from Melide could be an issue but only 50 mins walk or cheap taxi. you then walk to the Camino from the hotel

Pros: The atmosphere is very relaxing, a great welcome and the attention to detail is excellent. The food at both dinner & breakfast is superb. Hope to return.
