Nice room, nice location.

Pros: Centrally but quietly located, excellent air conditioning. Top spec bathroom which although shared with four(poss five?) rooms didn’t cause any issues. Immediately back on the Camino trail the next morning with my fellow pilgrims.

Cons: Entering the property is stressful. Many steps, all digital/app based for the owners convenience but whilst the app thought it had unlocked the front door, the door wouldn’t actually open. After several attempts, and eventually pulling the door closed tight as I unlocked online, it properly activated and I could get in. The internal doors / locks are all very noisy/ bang despite trying hard to be gentle.

Pretty room in a lovely town. Very centrally located.

Pros: Great communication and easy to find. Beautiful room with a shared bathroom. That was the only slight issue as the toilet is in the bathroom and for the amount of people sharing, a separate toilet would have been useful. Great location with a lovely bar next door that does good food and a laundrette just around the corner. Caldas De Reis was one of our favourite places on the Camino and we had a rest day here. There is a kettle in the room so we could have a cup of tea in bed. Absolute luxury.

Cons: No separate toilet. After all our cups of tea, it would have been useful.

Totally worthy and would stay there again for sure

Pros: Very comfortable and clean in the centre of Caldas de Reis. The shared bathroom was also very clean. Great value for money.

Central Location

Pros: Central Location close to restaurants and natural Thermal Spas. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Easy to find from instructions given by the owner. Air conditioning in each room and spacious clean shared bathroom with hairdryer. Coffee machine and electric kettle in each room with tea bags coffee pods and little chocolate croissants provided. Built in Wardropes provided ample storage.Great place to stay en route to Santiago de Compostella.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.
