Pros: The host firstly was genuinely a joy, the place first class. The room superb. And I particularly liked that breakfast was self serve and at a time of your liking. And the home made cake is delicious!

Exceeded expectations: Everything was excellent

Pros: Totally exceeded expectations, especially given small remote rural village location. Very clean, friendly, and comfortable. No bath but roomier shower than parador de Sanabria a few nights ago. Actively managed by Laura, a very skilled young lady. Knowledgeable, tech savvy (voice translation almost by second nature), and charming.

Pros: Everything!! The warmest welcome we have ever had on the Camino! The room was extremely comfortable with wonderful views. There were facilities for cooking and a selection of food to buy if necessary. We had all our washing done for 6 euros and a lovely breakfast with home made apple cake for only 2 euros 50. If you are walking the Camino this is a must stay place and incredibly good value.

Pros: Located just a few meters from the Camino. Very friendly welcome with a thorough explanation of how everything works. Good breakfast for a small , very reasonable, extra charge. All clean and I had a fantastic nights sleep.

Pros: It’s a wonderful family hotel that has a lot of space and everything you need. The hosts fed me lovely homemade cakes and quince.
