The slightly longer travel time is well worth it!

Pros: Although it’s a little way out of town, there are frequent buses and/or it’s only a 30’ walk to this really calm, quiet and comfortable hotel. Everything about it felt clean and fresh and the staff were lovely.

Very good hotel and positive experience.

Pros: Spotless. Excellent receptionist who was very helpful and attentive. Great shower. Some English speaking TV channels. Towels changed every day and plentiful too. Well heated.

Cons: A wee bit out of the way but on main bus line to Hospital so fine.

Pros: Modern, clean and very comfortable room and bathroom. 30 Min walk from catedral and also from train / bus station. I would book it again!

Cons: Ventilation system was missing from the barhroom. Maybe it would be great to have a refrigerator….

Pros: Nice option for the last day of Camino. New facility, everything spotless.

Cons: Walls a little thin. Next stores snoring was heard all night. No vending machine or store close-by to purchase water. Most restaurants in the area closed Sunday evening.

Superb value for money, immaculate, friendly

Pros: This hotel is superb. Simple in its facilities and appearance but beautifully clean with a great shower. Staff are incredibly kind, friendly and happy to assist with whatever you need, should it be calling taxis, giving you a hairdryer and ironing board, extra towels etc. English is also spoken. Location is central enough and took us 15 mins to walk to the centre. They can accommodate late check-ins as the reception is not manned 24 hours per day and offer a left-luggage facility free of charge.

Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Pros: Clean & well run, v efficient check in & communication

Cons: It’s a fair walk away from the centre of Santiago - but we knew that! There are a couple of local restaurants & cafes, but we missed the choice in the centre.
