We enjoyed our stay.

Pros: The room had everything we needed and was comfortable. The instructions for getting into the room were long but precise.

Cons: Some previous guest broke the toilet seat which needs fixing.

A very convenient and comfortable location to stay.

Pros: Lovely room and en suite. Comfortable bed. Right on the Camino, on the main “pilgrim” street in Sarria and opposite a cafe. Good communication prior to arrival, though no direct contact with any staff. Offer of dinner, breakfast plus our Camino passports and shells, which were waiting for us when we arrived, albeit the prepaid for meals were vouchers for the “pellegrino” meals at the restaurant/bar just up the road (not the one opposite).

Cons: Access was strange, through a door which didn’t look like an access door. Need to very carefully read the directions! We didn’t see any staff. We wouldn’t have booked the meals if we had known they were vouchers for another establishment as it would have been easier to just buy what we wanted when we were there. There was no advantage.

A quick stopover while on the Camino.

Pros: Great location, metres to bars and restaurants. Large space, comfortable bed and lovely bathroom.

Cons: The dark musky entrance through to the newer building. Lacked basic facilities like tea or coffee or somewhere to sit other than the bed.

Clean accommodation, convenient for camino.

Pros: The room was clean, as if it has just been renovated. Location is perfect for starting the Camino.

Cons: No check-in staff, nothing. If it wasn't for the fact that when we arrrived, the housekeep was still in the middle of cleaning the room, there would have been no hotel staff to meet at all. Whilst check-in registation was all done via whatsapp beforehand, and access codes given to us, room numbers were not given to us when we arrived. Where and how to get to the room was unclear - we were told to go here and then go there ... all very confusing. We had much better experience from subsequent hotels in Portomarin, Palas de Rei etc who all did a better job than this hotel in Sarria. No kettle in the room to boil water.

Highly recommended.

Pros: The room was very comfortable and the shower pressure was great. The size of the apartment was considerable.

Cons: The checking in was a little troublesome initially but wasn't too sure if it was because of the massive electrical outage in Spain at the time.

Amazing!

Pros: The treatment and communications with the staff. The person who did the aerport transfer. It all felt very warm and caring. The room was big and beautiful with a great huge shower, very comfortable bed and a great location. I loved the tiny museum as you walk into the hotel

Pros: I arrived late at night and had to leave early in the morning. I had to fill out the luggage form before leaving . The sensor late in front kept switching off, which was annoying. The establishment did not have a sign outside to find when you arrived late. I missed it so I used the house no.finally finding it after I passed thru a few meters.

Pros: Super kind stuff! The position is perfect because is along the Camino de Santiago. Wash and dry service works very well and the breakfast is delicious!

Ottimo per recuperare le forze sul cammino

Pros: Una struttura nuova e molto ben organizzata. Camera semplice e confortevole, calda e molto pulita, così come anche il bagno. In pieno centro storico ma in posizione silenziosa. Ottimo!

Pros: La posición inmejorable. La habitación es muy nueva y los colchones muy cómodos. El proceso de check in muy detallado y son problemas.

Cons: Falta insonorización entre la dos habitaciones, se escucha todo....
