Casa Taboada

Pros: The stay was absolutely wonderful! Casa Taboada exceeded all my expectations. A perfect blend of comfort and luxury - I would highly recommend this place. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Exceptional service! They went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Good location for Camino travellers

Pros: Great location -right on the camino trail. This is a charming building that has been well renovated. There is a lovely Italian restaurant close to the apartment that’s worth visiting.

Cons: The bathroom has a few things that need tended too that seem to have been mentioned by other guests. These could be rectified in a short space of time.

Great for a one night stay on the Camino

Pros: Very close to all things I wanted to see for an overnight stay, great hot shower

Cons: Tap in bathroom needs maintenance

Pros: Great location to start the Camino with restaurants at the door stop. very quiet

Cons: lack of toilet paper but I think that was accidental

We would highly recommend the property and would stay again in a heartbeat! We loved our stay at Casa Taboada.

Pros: The location was amazing and we loved the history of the building and street. The view over the mountain was really nice. It was quiet too.

Cons: The bathroom needs a bit of attention …the shower didn’t drain very well and 1 of the handles on the shower screen door was broken a bit. The bathroom sink tap was very loose. The hand towel rail was loose as well. Under the sink was really dirty as we were looking for toilet tissue as there was only half a roll and a bit.

Beginning of Camino Way Adventure great overnight stop

Pros: Our flight was changed from early in day to very late flight. The hotel was extremely accommodating and made the booking in very easy even though we didn’t arrive until midnight. The room was very clean, beds comfortable. Didn’t have any food during our stay so cannot rate this. We only stayed the one night but give 10/10 for being so helpful

Cons: No dislikes

Very central for old town and Camino and comfy bed.

Pros: Perfect position to start Camino. Nice cafes nearby. Comfortable bed and plenty of large fluffy towels.

Cons: Over powering cleaning product/air freshener in bathroom. Would have been nice to have a kettle. There were plates and cups and a table downstairs but no sign of a kitchen.

Pros: Such a cool little room overlooking cobblestone Street & cafes.

Pros: Beautiful comfortable place, elegant decor for a good price. Easy self-checkin, great location, nice ultramodern bathroom. Highly recommended.
