Ao Carón do Camiño

Right on Camino.

Pros: Beautiful rustic cottage. Has a washing machine, no dryer but got my stuff dry using female ingenuity. Small kitchenette but make sure you stop at supermarket on way. Located right on Camino about 1km before town centre. A few pub restaurants nearby. Communication excellent. Loved the treats left in cottage a piece of cake and hot chocolate was sensational on a cold day.

Cons: Just needed a kettle

Pros: Beautiful accommodation, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped, and a washing machine was a real bonus.

Superb

Pros: The place is more than comfortable, it is very well equipped with lots of stuff to have breakfast or to have some tea. The bed is large and the bathroom is clean.

Cons: The only thing missing is something where you can drop the shower gel.

Great Stay near Padron

Pros: The most beautiful property we had stayed at on the Camino Portuguese. Only a short walk into Padron and there were a few pubs and a shop nearby. The host had left milk, water, hot chocolate, tea and coffee for us to use which was very welcome indeed after a long walk. If you wanted to make a meal, the property had all the utensils necessary to do so. We had such a comfortable nights sleep and would definitely stay again.

Cons: It would have been helpful to have instructions on how to use the washer/dryer if needed. There was also no bath mat for coming out of the shower and even though we were left plenty of sachets for shampoo/body wash it would have been nice to have had a soap dispenser instead of having to open a separate sachet.

Amazing

Pros: Super clean and lovely house. On the camino. Left us cookies and milk and some other stuff. Very thoughtful. Will definitely recommend to others.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was wonderful

Perfect

Pros: I liked everything about the property it was cosy and quaint just on Camino track although 1.5km from Padron but that did not bother us. It allowed us to have a home cooked dinner which we where really looking forward to.

Cons: Liked everying, bit just one little flaw that was the high windows in the bedroom would be great if it had some kind of blind on it to keep out light and the bathroom had a funny smell

Pros: Amazing little place. Our favourite on the whole Camino. If you get a chance to book it go for it. Had such a lovely night watching Netflix and slept so well in the airy mezzanine bedroom. Lovely walk in shower. Everything has been done to a very high quality and os just beautiful. I wanted to move in! They left milk, cold water, little cakes and everything you need to cook in the kitchen. Loved it!

Cons: It's a 15 minute walk to Padron but that didn't bother us too much as we'd had a short day on the Camino.

A lovely farmhouse stay with excellent facilities and very good value for money.

Pros: A beautiful farmhouse conveniently located for pilgrims on the Camino Portuguese. Everything was as described.

Cons: Would have liked to stay longer.

Pros: Very nice apartment, right on the camino so perfect if you’re walking. We came there on a rainy and cold day, so the fireplace was very useful! The host was amazing and quick to communicate

Pros: Nice and friendly host. Beautiful house, great styling and clean. Right on the Camino.

Cons: The house is a bit cold in the rainy months but will fit perfectly for your summer visit!
