Excellent one night stop over when en route to somewhere else.

Pros: Excellent location on route from Santander ferry port to North Portugal. Clean comfortable modern room with ensuite.

Cons: A little disorganised at first, not sure if they knew we were staying and room did not have additional bed for our son, but it did arrive after a few prompts. Bathroom light did not work until replacement light bulb was fitted. Most staff did not speak English except one chap who was from Cuba or Costa Rica and had spent 12 years living in US. This chap was excellent in sorting out the lightbulb and missing bed!

Perfect stop for Caminos and a lot of luxury at a reasonable price.

Pros: Fantastic accommodation and very helpful staff, especially the Cuban guy whose name I didn’t catch.

Cons: The room needed a little maintenance. Fridge door was not attached, broken light and the jacuzzi wasn’t working

Pros: Great location for driving through Spain towards Portugal. Clean rooms and very tasty Empanada gallega - Galician Pie for breakfast 😊 at the hotel restaurant with amazing views of the mountains.

Cons: You can hear traffic outside, but with earplugs in it is fine .

Pros: Todo estaba muy bien. La calefacción de la habitación era estupenda. Cama cómoda.

Cons: Prefiero almohadas un poco más rellenas. Se solucionó usando dos.

La calidad/precio es razonable

Pros: La habitación tiene un ventanal enorme con unas vistas privilegiadas. El personal fue muy atento y considerado.

Cons: La cama en general era muy incómoda y dura. La almohada ( en particular ) estaba en muy mal estado ( desecha, ultra-fina...), no había manera de colocarla en alguna posición para que resultase más cómoda.

Habitación adaptada justita

Pros: Los desayunos eran muy completos. La habitación adaptada tenía un baño amplio y ducha sin barreras y con un apoyo que compartía con el wc.

Cons: La habitación adaptada estaba muy cerca de los cargadores de coches eléctricos y llegaba algo de ruido. Entrar al baño requiere maniobras. El espejo del baño estaba mal situado y el estante dificultaba el paso de la silla. El único apoyo para wc y ducha no cumple la normativa.
