Very good

Pros: Loved the facilities, lots of space to hang out and felt clean. Best thing was the washing machine (although a bit expensive with 4 £ to wash and 3£ to dry). Small kitchen available also.

Cons: The bedding could be better. Mandatory with paper pillowcase and bed sheet and only blankets available as cover. The shower was a bit too exposed with glassdoors also.

Pros: Good kitchen. Clean bathroom Dorm beds were comfortable Modern

Pros: Nice albergue close to the train station. There’s a kitchen you can use.

Cons: The bed sheets are not clean. Some have protective layers, some don’t and you don’t know why. So you definitely need a sleeping bag to sleep there. The showers are in the same room than the toilets and they are semi transparent, so if you’re taller than average, most people can see you naked while they brush their teeth and you’re taking a shower. The dormitory key are handy but also super noisy for the other dormitory mates each time you open a locker or the door.

Cons: Probably a bit far out from the centre when Camino walking and every step counts 😂

Great communal areas and good room

Pros: The communal kitchen is great, especially as it has a toaster and large communal fridge. The location is excellent, the staff are friendly and the room was very spacious.

Cons: Not being able to check in until 2pm made for a long day with a 7 year old, but thankfully I could leave my backpack there for the 3.5 hours until check in.

Pros: We had a really good night’s sleep here in a private room. A very comfortable bed and delicious dinner- menu with a great veggie option. When we arrived we needed to pick up our bag from a different hostel in the town and the owner kindly offered to collect it for us on his motorbike. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Excellent private room for four Pilgrims. Larger than most. Comfy beds and clean fresh linen. Definitely recommend!

Pros: The albergue was a little way from the Castello but was convenient for other shops and banks. The dorm was compact but the beds were very comfy and we did have lockers. The washer did look a bit complicated with the use of a QR code and from what I heard there was nowhere to dry clothes if you had hand washed. Good kitchen and the staff were helpful.

Pros: Clean and efficient. Very safe security for room access and storage
