One of the best I've stayed in, great Albergue
Pros: One of the best hostels I've stayed in. Very clean, huge sitting room, clean, hot showers and washing room. Drying room was great, a nd much needed after our trip. The Albergue is above a great cafe resturant so not far to go for dinner.
Cons: Not much to criticise, the host was rather busy in the resturant when we arrived, so things were a bit rushed and you may have to be be patient, but it's worth it.

Pros: Everything was clean. The owner helped us recover a missing hat, very kind of her. We had a room only for ourselves
Cons: No blinds in our room

Pros: Lovely space both for sleeping and for getting to know new people. I felt like I was visiting a friend and staying in one of their spare rooms. The hostel is run by the same organisation that has the restaurant downstairs, and I went there for dinner and had the best risotto of my life, so naturally I went back for breakfast and they had a big variety of different breakfasts at great value.

Pros: Very clean, very modern albergue. Good showers, comfortable beds. Open plan common room with cooking facilities, sofas, books etc. Really nicely laid out. We were met in the bar Miras below and shown round by a very friendly lady.

Pros: Right on camino route, above a bar restaurant which proved useful as the weather was awful. Comfortable room, good showers and lounge area but not much in the kitchen

Great showers. Best lounge area to recover after a day's walking!
Pros: For some reason I had the whole albergue to myself which was a shame for the albergue as I knew several people were struggling to find accommodation that night. The location was great for the start of the next day's walk onto SdC. Lovely lounge area to relax at the end of the day. And as for the shower...the best pressure I think I've ever felt in my life. I didn't want to get out!
Cons: Despite having the place to myself and looking forward to a night free from the chorus of snores, unfortunately, the noise from the road kept me awake. That was disappointing as I was in need of a good sleep and ended up only with 3 hours.
