Close to the airport, on the camino, very modern and perfect
Pros: I spent a view days after I finished the camino in Santiago de Compostela and booked the last night at this hostel, which is in the near of the airport in Lavacolla. It's also possible to stop there when you are still on your way to Santiago, it's next to the camino! In my case I went there by bus from Santiago (6a). For me it was a good possibility to have the feeling I had at the camino the last time because it's located in a rural area. It's a very modern hostel with a lot of space (common room, kitchen). I guess for groups it would be amazing to cook in the huge kitchen. The person of the hostel was very friendly and helpful. The bus stop is around 20 minutes away and you have to know that you are walking down a hill to get there. From the bus stop you can go to the airport or to the city center (bus number 6a).
Cons: Check out time is at 07:45, which is quite early when you are not on the camino anymore. There could be a coffee machine.

Handy for the airport.
Pros: Lovely and clean. A good size dorms with individual pods with curtains and a power socket. One of the best appointed kitchens I’ve seen on the whole Camino.
Cons: It was wet the day I arrived. No facilities to dry anything inside. No indoor shoe rack.

I would definitely stay here again.
Pros: The location was very quiet and restful. Ideal situation for the last stage of the Camino. The whole complex was extremely clean. Facilities were excellent: kitchen, common area, laundry. Bunks had curtains for extra privacy.
Cons: Everything was perfect.

Alburgue Fervello
Pros: The albergue is very well presented, very clean, the sleeping area is good. The facilities where also good
Cons: There was no indoor shoe storage. When I arrived it was raining heavily and guests were made to leave footwear outside. Every hostel or albergue I had been in had a shoe rack in side the property. Also when checking in none of the facilities were explained. Nor was the need to use a paper mat on the dining table. I stayed in an albergue the previous night which was more pilgrim focused, the staff there went to great lengths to ensure I was fully aware of the facilities on offer.

Pros: It is secluded place, outside the town, you can reach it with the airport bus 6a , and then walk 20 minutes. It is in the nature, the house is new and good equipped kitchen and lounge area. The place is also clean. From there you can also walk to the airport.
Cons: The guest can provide more information on how to get to the place, i.e. posting the photo of bus schedule would be useful. The owner rolled her eyes at some guests for not using the kitchen intensilis properly, instead, she can provide some written instructions. Wishing you a good start in the business.
