Pros: Super nice staff, good kitchen, very clean, great location. Stayed here several times during my Caminos. Cesar keeps the place running smoothly and efficiently.
Cons: Wish there was a larger drying area for when it is wet and there are a lot of people, but at least they do have a space.

Best alberque ever! A model for others.
Pros: This alberque, in 23 days of travel, was the best run and most efficient that I stayed in. They can be a model for the dozens of other alberques, new and old, insofar as they have perfected the system---no backpacks in the sleeping rooms, a tray for only those toiletry and clothes items required for that day/night. All \
Cons: Admired every bit of the alberque. It is a pretty good hike from the cathedral but since I suspect most patrons are peregrinos, no one fears a walk!

Stayed here twice during my Camino trek, Cesar, the manager, just goes so out of his way to host.
Pros: Phenomenally clean, exceptional staff, great kitchen, excellent check in system, about as good as you can get for a Camino hostel.

Excellent design. Great location. Super comfy beds.
Pros: Friendly welcome. Well equipped spacious kitchen and dining room. Bright airy very clean bedrooms with quiet well designed bunk beds which you can sit up in and have solid ends creating additional privacy. Huge single sex showers. There is also a sensible policy of being able to place backpacks in secure lockable cupboards in the hallway. Its on the Camino and in a lovely quiet suburb with supermarkets and lovely fruit/veg shops nearby. Couple of covered benches outside if you want to sit and watch pilgrims walking their last km or so to the cathedral. Don’t hesitate just book it. One of the best nights sleep on the camino!
Cons: Nada!

Great staff that go over and above
Pros: Comfy beds, so clean, not far from the centre and easy to get to the bus station. The staff were so lovely! Also...hostels usually only have 2 or 3 showers...they have 4. Happy days! A pilgrim became very ill in the night with food poisoning. The staff couldn't have been kinder, organising medicine and an extra day for him to sleep and recover.
Cons: The only thing I would have liked was a privacy curtain. Then it would have been perfect...but you can't have everything. I had a great experience.
