Pros: Staff welcome and facilities. They run the cafe next door and a late night hot chocolate was welcome. Coffee in the early morning excellent Washer dryer facilities

Treat yourself, to a night or two and go get a room and a massage at this hotel. You will not regret it!

Pros: The outstanding, friendly and welcoming team of staff. The incredible full body ‘Camino Massage’ and the view from my room across the city and out into the mountains. I won’t forget this visit.

Pleasant place to stay in Melide

Pros: Upstairs terrace was very pleasant. Easy check in, clean comfortable room, nice to have a lift for a change on the Camino! Friendly reception staff. Great location.

Cons: Food truck on terrace was closed. Room was a ‘hotel room’, so less character than other places on the Camino, but we knew this when we booked.

A really good nights stay

Pros: A very nice, clean modern hotel where everything worked. I was worried it would be noisy as large window facing the main road. The double glazing was excellent and the room very quiet.. We didn’t use air con but this would be an option in summer. Excellent shower.

Great stay at Lux Melide.

Pros: Location is great. There are many restaurants, cafes, stores nearby. The hotel has a modern vibe and everything is pristine clean. Has washer and dryer for 11 euros. Big machines and very convenient.

Cons: Breakfast is good but the salon is not too big and can be crowded with everyone trying to get ready and leave early for the Camino.
