Pros: Efficient check in and luggage transfer. They have a nice restaurant 100 metres down the Camino.

Great facilities including laundromat

Pros: Great facilities - had a boot drying cupboard next to fire and full laundromat. I had a private room and it was perfect, bed comfortable, good heating, clean and WiFi.

Pros: Comfortable warm room. Clean new bathroom. Good value and near to good restaurant. All seemed newly renovated.

Exceptionally clean and new private rooms, great restaurant

Pros: I stayed in a private room which was part of an old prison. It was immaculately clean and everything was brand new. The double bed was huge, as was the walk in shower. Triacastela is a very quiet place after about 9pm in any case but there was no noise from roads or anything else. They have their own restaurant next door. I wasn’t so hungry but had their Galician vegetable soup which was delicious although other pilgrims in the restaurant commented to the waiters about how good the food was. Lady on reception spoke English well and was very helpful. Would absolutely stay here if I ever visit again.

Lovely staff

Pros: Lovely warm welcome from smiley helpful staff. I put my washing in the dryer instead.of the washer, the guy on reception not only refunded me but did the washing and drying.for me .and.folded.it all beautifully.. After a very wet walk I really appreciated the boot dryer.

Cons: Having to go outside to access my room and the restaurant,,as my boots were in the dryer I only had sandals in the rain.

Pros: Staff at check in was very friendly despite it being hectic with many pilgrims checking in at same time. Room was very nice and their restaurant was great.

Cons: Staff at restaurant did not like pilgrims. Very obvious. But food was very good.
