Comfortable stay in the heart of Santiago

Pros: It’s location is great to access the cathedral and different parts of town. The room was well appointed, bed comfortable and staff went out of their way to help. For example, bringing my suitcase down the two flights of stairs.

Wonderful place to stay in Santiago

Pros: This is a great little hostal in an amazing location. We could see the top half of the cathedral from our 2nd floor skylight. It's only a 10 minute walk from the cathedral and a 15 minute walk from the train station. Right across the street from a park. The woman who manages the place is very nice.

Cons: The ceiling is a bit low in places on the 2nd floor - bit of a challenge for tall people.

Very nice simple little hostel in a terrific location.

Pros: Very nice little hostel right next to the park. Location is superb, very close to town but off the main street so not as loud with bar noise. That cafe bar downstairs was useful and friendly.

Cons: The stairs up to room are a little tricky for a person with poor mobility as there is no hand rail for part of it.

Enjoyable and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Pros: Excellent location and staff!! Having breakfast and coffee on offer for much of the day is great. Staff are great too.

Cons: Design of rooms, though impossible to change means headroom for tall people is a challenge.

Pros: We left too early for breakfast location and cleanness were excellent. Great value for money.

Cons: Staying there on a Saturday night ment it was very noisy. Guests came in very late making a lot of noise.

Highly recommend!

Pros: A fantastic stay. The lady who runs the place couldn't do more for us. She lent us two chargers during the stay as we forgot our adaptors. She let us leave our bags for a few hours on the last day. She made delicious breakfast (very good price). Very comfortable and clean. Room at top has great view of the cathedral. Only 7 minutes walk to Cathedral.
