Pros: It's a nice homely kind of place. People are very friendly, the room was excellent. A kind of home from home.

L'hôtel est trés satisfaisant, mais le personnel..... non.

Pros: tout nous a plu, la chambre, la salle de bain, l'ascenseur. Nous n'y avons pas mangé à cause du personnel.

Cons: Le personnel à qui nous avons eu à faire n'est pas aimable (2 hommes). Il n'y a eu personne à la réception durant tout le we, et ils étaient occupés à temps complet par le restaurant et le bar, donc pas disponibles. La salle de restaurant est gigantesque, c'est la principale occupation de l'hôtel. C'est sans doute mieux pendant la semaine, il y a sûrement quelqu'un pour accueillir les clients.
