Great relaxing vacation

Pros: Very helpful and kind staff. Fantastic rooms very well designed. Great facilities, including the Spa Amazing food in the café. Location very convenient for visiting the Ribera Sacra area.

Cons: It would be useful to have more facilities to dry towels. The open swimming pool is pretty small and busy.

Good place to stay around Ribeira Sacra

Pros: Nice place, quiet and relaxing. Friendly staff. Short but tasty menu.

Cons: Some spots needed a better clean. One of our room bathroom could not be used due to a terrible smell. The outside pool is quite small and it is surrounded by artificial grass… looks cheap.

Pros: I lost my glasses in the hotel. I sent a message to the owner and nothing aren't didi to resolve my problem. I need my glasses because I'm very blind e with toutch them I can't work. My glasses are green and I think must have stayed on spa, pool or in room.

Pros: Excellent breakfast variety, staff very kind and helpful with many recommendations for leisure. The bedroom was super cleaned and cute as well as comfortable with both big bedroom and bathroom.

Pros: Las habitaciones son cómodas, bien aislado del ruido. La zona exterior del spa.

Cons: Tardaron 2 días en cogernos en teléfono para poder reservar el spa (por el precio de una noche podría ir incluido en el precio. No daban chanclas en las habitaciones para poder acceder al spa.

Ideal para desconectar en pareja

Pros: La ubicación tiene un paisaje increíble, el balneario es pequeño, pero está muy bien y el buffet en el desayuno es muy variado y rico.

Cons: Al inicio el aforo del balneario estaba muy bien, pero pasada una hora se empezó a saturar, había demasiada gente. Las sábanas de la cama tenían una mancha (como de haberlas lavado y no saltar) y un agujerito, algo poco adecuado para un hotel así.
