Great location, once you work it out.

Pros: Super convenient to bus transport to town and airport although you wouldn't know it from online resources of bus routes which are pretty much non-existant for Santiago de Compostela. To assist, Bus 6 and 6A stop about 15m before door entrance when coming from town. Bus 6A picks up from same location going to airport. €1 for either trip. Have you ever paid only €1 to get to an airport before! The bed was super comfortable.

Cons: Given the council/bus company information on public transport (both on street and online) was abysmal, more specific info on buses would be really helpful.

Smooth and comfortable stay.

Pros: Although we didn't see any staff at all, the information provided via messages/whatsapp were enough. They were attentive to our questions before our arrival, which helped a lot. Entering the property was a smooth experience, and thanks for the bottled water in the rooms, that's quite exceptional in Spain nowadays.

Comfortable and very clean room

Pros: Very clean, almost sterile property, Comfortable bed and pillows. Our room #3 was very quiet facing the inner yard.

Cons: Too technological to our taste. No physical keys to enter property and room. Never saw any staff. We wondered if ones didn’t have a smartphone or had a flat battery, how on earth can enter, having to use a dual factor security on a smartphone.

Pros: It is a nice renovated facility, very clean, in a convenient location (on the main road) for moving downtown using the nearby bus stations. There are also nice restaurants and bars around.

Cons: Some odor (of humidity) in the room that can be easily fixed by the service/owners.

Pros: After days of cycling, being greeted by that wonderful shower was a gift. The room was perfect and they have a good place to keep the bikes.
