Pros: It was well located, Jose L helpful and friendly. Lift service, which is a rarity. Close to plaza de abastos, cathedral and old town. Launderette around the corner and a bar that serves breakfast.

Cons: The only problem is the sound travel from the room above. Wooden floors and if felt like the people above were marching over our heads. To add to the noise, they were probably pilgrims who started getting ready at 5am, nobody could sleep then.

Pros: It is in a good location, the communication was really good with the staff, they answered right away when I had issues with the room. The bed was very comfortable. The location is great.the room was very spacious

Cons: The shared bathroom was not maintained as often so it was a little of a struggle with the toilet paper. Water gets everywhere after the shower because the curtain does not cover well.

Very enjoyable.

Pros: The hotel is in an old building which was renovated by the grandparents of the present owner. It is charming. We were perfectly comfortable and feel we got real value for money, considering the location and the time of year. The hotel is situated just outside the old walls of the city, near the Porto do Camino (if I've spelled that right) the gate through which pilgrims have entered the city for many centuries. So the city is, as it were, on your doorstep. There are cafes nearby, convenient for breakfast or a nightcap. From the front door, you can see the roofs of the market, which is on the city wall and can be reached by walking along the road and up a set of stone steps. We went to buy fruit and found it well worth a visit.

Cons: It was lovely but it would have been more convenient if there had been a bedside light on both sides of the bed.

A comfortable place to stay to visit and enjoy Santiago de Compostela.

Pros: Very homely place in a well maintained old building. Spacious room , large beds. big bathroom Our room had two windows with a good view. The quaint elevator was a great help for seniors like us.The location is excellent with the Old Town on the other side of the road and the Municipal Market close by. The Cathedral of Compostela is just a few minutes away. Efficient housekeeping. Jose was very very helpful. Recommended.

Cons: Everything was fine for us.
