Pros: Location was excellent. Right in front of the hotel is the bus station that services the airport and the main bus terminal. Eva was very detailed and very friendly and full of good suggestions. Her brother was very helpful too. Right opposite is a very interesting market...a bonus.

Pros: Provision of breakfast would be greatly appreciated.

Friendly, clean and convenient for the historic area

Pros: Very friendly staff. Great location, almost opposite the market. Bed was comfortable and shower good. Coffee and snacks are available from a vending machine in the lobby (needs coins).

Cons: The room was relatively small. Not much room to move around for two people with small suitcases. No kettle etc, see above. Perhaps because it’s a historic building they haven’t succeeded in making the rooms very soundproof.

Great stay!

Pros: The property is looks just after renovation, new and simple decor. The receptionists are all very helpful and friendly. There is a bus stop just right in front of the property which I took from the train station and then to airport. When I was there, it is rainy days and hotel even lend me an umbrella. All is very good. Highly recommended.

Pros: Good location for centre of Santiago. Immaculately clean rooms inside. The owners took time to explain everything and were always happy to answer any questions. Lovely bakery very close by.

Cons: A kettle would have been the extra touch to score a 10, but there is a vending machine where you can purchase a hot drink located on ground floor by the lift. You will need coins for this.

Convenient location

Pros: Smooth checkin and clean rooms. Everything you could ask from a hotel.

Cons: Could have allowed us to checkin bit early.

Pros: I liked the owners, they were very nice and helpful. The room was exceptional and close to all amenities

A beautiful hotel, with lovely staff and in a great location, walking distance to everything

Pros: The lady I met on reception was so lovely and helpful. I arrived early and was able to leave my bags to go and explore. I came back and checked in, the room was really lovely and the bed was very comfy. The hotel is beautiful and very clean/modern. I popped out and asked for dinner recommendations. I was also able to leave my bags there the next day. Great bus link to the airport and only €1
