For my long weekend in Porto it was a great location

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Grasielle a Brazilian lady always went the extra mile. Gave directions to places of interest and recommendations for restaurants. Very impressive, polite with a lovely manner. The breakfast was enjoyable with the view over the roof tops.

Cons: It's a little dated but everything worked. The shower off the taps was not the best.

Thoroughly enjoyable- right in the heart of a wonderful city and had a very comfortable stay

Pros: The location is fantastic - 400m from the cathedral and is not located over a busy restaurant or bar as is typical in some central locations . The room was simple, adequately-sized, clean and comfortable. The Windows are sound proofed and we slept well - although occasional muffled road noise from passing traffic can be heard in street facing rooms if very sensitive. The staff were helpful and friendly and freely offered advice on where to visit etc.

Cons: No real communal spaces such as a lounge or facility to boil water. Hair dryer not very powerful. A cafe is available on the ground floor so hot drinks were readily available.

Great hotel in a great location!

Pros: This hotel is in a great location, no more than a four minute walk from the Cathedral of St James. It is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The hotel has a real charm, and the staff are superb: they are friendly and welcoming, and they were always willing to help me when I needed directions to a variety of places. I would definitely stay here again!

Would highly recommend. I’m going back tomorrow and staying there again. The staff are lovely and helpful .

Pros: The location was right by the Santiago Cathedral. Superb.

Cons: I wish I had a window to the front but I understand that is then double the price.

Pros: Extremely central and very quaint! Small little hotel in the middle of the street. Very charming. The staff was very kind and nice. The rooms were very clean.

Cons: Bit difficult to take bath. Water spits everywhere.

Fabulous place to stay

Pros: Fabulous hotel in central location, very close to the Cathedral. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful and the room was comfortable, clean and a good size. Fabulous having a fan too. Breakfast was lovely. Highly recommend.

Friendly, comfortable place to rest after the Camino

Pros: Impeccable customer service. Really attentive reception staff and great housekeeping service. Clean comfortable bed. Bathroom exceptionally clean and small bath was perfect to recoup after finishing the Camino. I had a room with a roof window with an electronic blind which kept the room cool and dark, and with the powerful fan I rested so well.

Comfort in a Central location

Pros: Helpful, friendly staff, nice size room, black out blinds, central location

Cons: Was a little noisy at night but that’s not the hotels fault :)
