Cosy, authentic hotel in the heart of the city

Pros: This was a cosy, authentic style hotel in the middle of the old town Santiago. Staff were friendly and it was quiet, comfortable and relaxing. I would stay here again.

Very good with amenities at finger tips

Pros: The location is excellent, just a few meters from the cathedral, this unit is in a prime location

Pros: Loved the little room with shutters . Very convenient location .

Cons: Abit noisy at night but if you are located in the centre it’s to be expected !

Cozy room nearby the city center

Pros: Nice room with a smart TV, a private bathroom, amicable personal, nearby the city center with all of its commodities (restaurants, laundromats, shops, the cathedral).

Cons: The bathroom was a bit old, a few things were broken, rusty, it requires a bit of renovation.

Pros: Very friendly, helpful staff. Loved the family feel. Excellent central location only 2 minutes walk from the Cathedral. Laundry facilities only 1 minute from hotel. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Cons: Shower space quite tight, but no real complaints.

Cons: Hot water temperamental, mattress seen better days - sunk in the middle of it

Wonderful value for money

Pros: Value for money - we had just finished the Camino and it was luxury to stay in a private room that was affordable and close to everything, as well as the charm of staying in such an old building. The staff went out of their way to assist.
