Lovely staff, comfortable room

Pros: The room had a bath - with an actual PLUG - and water that went as hot as you like. The TV was a smart TV. The bed was a really big double and so comfortable, it was really difficult to get up. A selection of blankets in the wardrobe as well for those colder nights. The staff were really nice, they'd left the keys at reception for the guests to pick up which was really convenient. They had to come to my door because I had made a mess of the payment, but were so pleasant about it. Actually the room was so nice that I thought they were coming to move me to the right one! It was so clean I could have (although I didn't) eat my dinner off the floor. The towels were nice - and plentiful - and shower gel and shampoo were provided. If you are spending a night at this hotel for the camino, it's at the other end of the town from where you enter, so the next stage is about 1.5km less. Also it has a really interesting monument outside.

Cons: It is quite far out of town, in a kinda industrial estate type of thing, so if you are arriving in Arzúa by foot, or spending the evening in bars and restaurants, there is a good long walk still ahead of you. It would have been nice if there had been a kettle with some tea and coffee.

Great place to stay while walking the Camion De Santiago

Pros: It was a hotel right on the Camino and had laundry services. A lot of pilgrims stayed there. Staff was great and helpful.

Cons: It was out of town away from the old town shops and restaurants, but it made up for it in services and nearness to the Camino.

Habitación grande y limpia

Pros: La habitación es grande y limpia, la cama grande y armario grande, tiene todo lo necesario.

Cons: Está en un polígono industrial a 900 metros del pueblo, y en el polígono no hay restaurantes, los que hacemos el Camino de Santiago tenemos que andar 900 metros para comer o cenar.

Friendly staff, good food, hot water and comfortable beds make all the difference.

Pros: Hot water and great towels. Squash soup was delicious.

Cons: It’s at the far end of town and I was tired from walking 13 miles on the Camino.

Pros: La chambre et le balcon, certes la vue pas très jolie mais ce balcon apportait de la chaleur Lit et sanitaires parfaits

Cons: Le bruit des chambres voisines : nous entendions les propos des occupants des chambres contigües

Buena estancia

Pros: Alojamiento completo. Habitación y baño limpio. Zona muy tranquila. A pocos metros de la siguiente etapa. Que tenga bañera es un plus para poder descansar después de esa etapa.

Cons: Está lejos del centro.

Pros: El personal. La muchacha que nos atendió fue increiblemente amable y empática en todo momento.

Cons: Muy apartado y desangelado, triste.

Buena estancia con mi perrito

Pros: El hombre que me entregaba las llaves fue en todo momento SÚPER AMABLE. La habitación limpia, buen tamaño, el baño perfecto también.

Cons: Está algo apartado, pero y a lo sabía cuando lo reservé.
