Pros: The room was small, but it was right in the historic center, right next to the Cathedral. It was easy to find. The room was clean. The shower was shared and also clean. The neighboring residents were a bit of a nuisance, but the staff quickly restored the quiet. The location is very convenient for pilgrims and travelers.

Convenient and good value

Pros: Easy to find, quiet, short walk from city centre and excellent value for money.

Cons: The kitchen cupboards had quite a bad musty smell

Very comfortable

Pros: The apartment was small but very comfortable in a very quiet area.

Cons: It was quite tricky to find and a bit far from the centre of Santiago. Our flat was ground floor so we were afraid to leave the window open wide at night or when we were out. That made the flat quite hot.

I had a great time staying here. Online booking was straightforward and hassle free with good communication.

Pros: A spacious apartment in a very quiet neighbourhood close to shops and public transport.

Cons: A chopping board and a sieve would have useful.

Pros: Large room that I could put my bicycle in. Kitchenette was great Very clean.

Cons: Thick memory foam mattress was hot to sleep on. Bath, shower awkward to get out of. Some minor maintenance required.

Pros: Having codes for opening the doors is easy and convenient. The price was good for the dates we chose. The shower was powerful and the water was hot and nice. The checkin time was flexible, which we appreciated. The living room was spacious and the bed was comfy and hard (I prefer hard mattresses!)

Cons: The shower glass was too small so the water spilled out easily. The TV was extremely small and it didn't work anyway (\

Spacious apartment, good location

Pros: Our apartment was clean and comfortable, quite spacious, and communication with the host was great. In general our stay was good, 30 minutes walk to the Cathedral doesn't seem to be too long. Bus stops are almost around the corner but the public transport schedule isn't very convenient so it's better to check what time your bus arrives (via the app) before leaving the apartment not to wait too long.

Cons: Despite the fact that the apartment is on the ground floor, we had to climb a large staircase to get into the building itself, which was not very pleasant with bags (but there is an option to go up another street without stairs, we found it later). It was raining outside during our stay, so the air in the apartment became humid, moreover there's no ventilation in the bathroom.

Great value for money and spacious

Pros: The apartment was spacious and clean, we had everything we needed there. The checking in system was very fast and convenient. The bed was comfortable and everything worked well.

Cons: The bed had one long pillow, instead of two short ones which wasn't comfortable for two people. The fridge freezer was a little dated and rusty. You can hear noise clearly from other apartments.

Quiet place! Value for Money!

Pros: We’re group of 3, spacious room with kitchen. Location is not close to the town, but we can enjoy a quiet night sleep.

Cons: no ventilation in the toilet.

I liked it and would stay there again in spite of the long hill climb!

Pros: The bed was comfortable, clean linen and bathing soap provided and the apartment was clean. I waasthere for a week and the linen was changed during my stay. The cleaning staff were very sweet, friendly and efficient. The reception cared for my luggage as I arrived long before the check in time - I received the access information on Whatsapp. The free Wi-Fi was very welcome. The bus route is easily accessible with several options of buses to take. Easy walk into the city when the weather is right.

Cons: I wanted to cook for myself and the kitchen equipment was limited and no kettle. Plates were cracked. I didn't anticipate the long steep hill climb to reach the apartment - is this why there is no cancelation policy?
