A Pilgrim' pairS night in Santiago de Compostella

Pros: It is at an excellent place. Very close to the Cathedral on a relatively good price. The staff was very kind and friendly. Relatively clean. We could leave our luggage earlier there. And the price/value was good.

Cons: FUrniture is very ' classic' also the bathroom. I wish we had some kitchen utensils, mugs, spoons. There was a coffe automat but it did not give cups. We are pilgrims we did not have any cups. The name Azul was too fancy. We expected a bit more luxury after this name. :)

Pros: Great location. The room was clean and basic comfort.

Cons: It would be nice to have wall hooks in the shared bathrooms so there is somewhere to hang your towel and clothes when showering.

Pros: This place is super clean and simple. It has a very comfy bed and great views. The room was overlooking some fantastic views. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Supermarket a few doors away and train to Madrid 20 minute walk.

Pros: Great location, room had a beautiful view, staff were very kind and accommodating, went above and beyond to help.

Cons: Nothing! It was perfect.

Pros: Room clean, bed made every day, clean towels too. Staff helpful when I extended my stay. Cafes all around, and near to Cathedral. 2 bathrooms on my floor for 5 rooms. Noisy at times.

Cons: Shower soap dispenser faulty.

Ideal for last day on a Caminó

Pros: I'm a returning guest in this place. Simple, clean, cozy room.

Cons: The expectation to register online, before arrival by clicking on a link and scanning in my id.

Close to square but quiet

Pros: Was the second time here and great place not far from the square to relax after the Camino. Place was clean and staff are great. Far enough away from the action so it’s quiet at night but close enough to walk into the square in 5-6 min Will try and book again next year too

Pros: Room 305! Awesome view. Has tables, chairs, comfy bed, clean, private bathroom. 3rd floor (no elevator for those who care to know)

Cons: It was all good for us.

Pros: Check-in went very smooth, the guy that showed us the room was very friendly and spoke English. There were two shared bathrooms we could use, which helped especially in the morning when most people used them. The location is great, we also got a view of the Cathedral from our window. There was free street parking nearby but only after 15:00 and until 8:00 in the morning.

Cons: It's not the owners fault because when we arrived everything was very clean but some of the people that shared the bathrooms were real slobs. They also didn't grasp the concept of privacy. It's also quite pricey for a place with a shared bathroom but that's as expected in Santiago.

Pros: Excelent location just few steps from the Cathedral 👍 Good process for leaving the keys in case of late check-in. Proactive communication from the landlord. All ready also for exceptional curcumstatnces (I stayed there during 28 April 2025 blackout.

Cons: Given very special curcumstances all was good.
