Pensión Albergue O Pedregal

Pros: I liked the accommodation common areas that were spacious and nice, the terase and in general that everything was nice reconstructed.

Cons: The bunk beds were not best fiting for an adult, as they were quite low so you could not sit straight on the bottom bed. Would be nice to have curtains on the beds for more privacy especially with mixed rooms.

A great place to stay in a lovely town

Pros: Exceptionally kind and helpful staff - who, thankfully, spoke English - made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and comfortable and it’s located in a quiet part of town so we slept very well.

Good value

Pros: Quietly situated near the centre of the village. Good lighting and bathroom. Comfortable beds.

Cons: Unfortunately no breakfast is available. A cock nearby was out of time. He started making noice two and a half hours before sunrise.

Pros: Great reception, clean, spacious (I was in a 6-bed room with 3 people) and quiet. Good and clean showers. Easy access, just on the camino road.

Pros: Newly renovated rooms, very clean and comfortable. Had all the basic equipment a pilgrim needs - including many ropes for drying clothes around the albergue. Location was perfect, it was close everywhere and along the Camino. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Very well located, clean and modern

Pros: The hostel is very well located in the city center and also the bus stop (I arrived with bus I took at Ribadeo), a nice café (Los Dulces de Delphine) and a supermarket are just around the corner. There is a lot of space inside the hostel which makes it comfortable. Its also very clean and the equipment is modern. I washed my clothes in a machine for €4,00 and cooked in the big kitchen. The team of the hostel is very nice and helpful.

Cons: There could be more clothes horses and clothespins. There could be more hooks next to the sinks in the bathrooms where you can hang your towel or a bag.

Great albergue, with a nice kitchen and great staff

Pros: Comfy beds, great receptionist who help with finding everything and she also told everyone to get food because it would be closed tomorrow. Super nice staff!
