Welcoming

Pros: Welcoming reception, new, spacious room and bathroom, and the location was an easy stroll to the cathedral while offering a glimpse of local Santiago life

Right on the Camino. Lovely stay.

Pros: Friendly welcome It’s right on the Camino and literally only about a 12 minute walk to the cathedral which I did most days to take in the atmosphere. Has a lift Clean Comfy I’d stay here again 👍🏻

Pros: The location was fabulous. Very friendly staff on reception

Cons: The bathroom was a disability bathroom, without a screen. The drainage was inadequate and water went all over the floor and out the door.

Excelent, friendly staff.

Pros: Breakfasts were good. The staff is excellent, always friendly and accommodating. Friendly and helpful. Cheerful.

Cons: It is a little expensive, but it served my purposes (as a tourist and writer / scholar) who has difficulties with mobility.

Cute hotel

Pros: Beds were comfortable. Hotel is nice and new, very modern. Clean.

Cons: Needs somewhere to do basic stuff like fill up a water bottle. Road outside is noisy (but this isn't the fault of the accomodation!). A rubbish bin, mirror etc would be nice touches in the room. Not very central (which was fine for us but may not be for some).

Pros: Perfectly acceptable for a one night stop over. Girl on front desk was very friendly. And help your self breakfast in basement was enjoyable.

Cons: Room itself was very plain and had a bit of a damp smell.

Pros: The hotel is clean and located just 15 minutes walking to the Cathedral. The staff was friendly and the breakfast excellent.

Cons: I think it was too expensive, even if it was the cheaper option for Santiago at the time we booked. So, I think the problem it's not the hotel itself but the prices in the area that are crazy (we booked one night on July 25th).

Pros: We had to book this hotel with an hour's notice due to an issue with another booking. The young lady on Reception was absolutely lovely. The room was very clean and comfortable. There were bars and a supermarket next door which was appreciated, especially the bar. We booked breakfast ( in error) but the breakfast area was lovely and bright with a good selection for. Continental breakfast.

Cons: Personal opinion, another mirror in the room, the only one was in the bathroom, similarly another waste bin. Perhaps a mini fridge which is quite common in Spain. But this isn't a complaint!
