Pros: Clean, tidy and great amenities for the hotel we got moved to of same chain.

Cons: We got moved to another hotel of the same chain with really short notice. However they compensated taxi to as it was further out of Santiago.

Nice enough, but would not go back..

Pros: Good location, far enough but also close enough to the busy parts of the city.

Cons: Asked for a reserved parking space to secure motorcycles, which was agreed in advance, however when checking in was informed that they never had enough spaces and we has to park our motorcycles out on the street for the first night, Had a parking space for the second night, however very complicated way to access the underground car park by certain stairs and lifts.

Pros: I loved this hotel though was disappointed they had double booked in the hotel in the centre of the city that we originally booked. Everything was perfect except the location. It cost us a lot on taxis.

Pros: Very good apartment and it is situated inside a shopping center - it's very convenient. The receptionists were super friendly and helpful with our bags at the checkout.

Cons: We almost got transferred to another hotel because of overbooking: beware of this if you're booking through Booking.com

Pros: The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very clean, with very comfortable beds and AC.

Cons: The furniture is very old, but in very good condition, and the car parking is very tight.

Comfortable clean place with pleasant helpful staff

Pros: Staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Laundromat within the complex.

Cons: The distance to walk back into Santiago de Compostela. I did catch the bus one day but was uncertain where to get off as I did not have a map of the bus route.
