Pros: A fantastic hotel for a weekend getaway with family, in nature, offering spa treatments and a focus on spirituality (Santiago). The hotel’s restaurant is also exceptional!

Incredible in multiple ways. A beautiful oasis.

Pros: The property was immaculate and beautifully decorated with so much fabulous stuff to see and experience. It was a feast for the senses. The staff were incredible - best customer service I’ve experienced in a while - there were lots of ways they made our stay as comfortable and stress free as possible. The spa was an incredible feature and added a wonderful zen quality to our one night stay. The meals were also excellent - breakfast was varied and delicious and fresh; we ate dinner in the bar and while the menu was simple it was very tasty.

Cons: Nothing to fault.

Camino treat

Pros: A real treat after finishing the Camino. Our bags were already in the room when we arrived. Room was stunning. 2 massive beds, stone walls, beautiful bathroom. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Treated ourselves to a spa treatment. 1hr hydrotherapy suite, 30mins flotation pool and a 30 minute massage. Worth every penny. Had food in the bar which was beautiful. A lovely relaxing end to our trip . Will definitely return.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect and beyond expectations.

Pros: Lovely property and very comfortable, great lounge as weather not good so appreciated this. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Had understood from descriptions that it was walkable to the centre. But discovered it would take an hour and we needed to get a taxi. Approach slightly off putting and grounds not maintained

Excellent stay with excellent hotel location, confort and staff. Very close to Santiago's center.

Pros: Spa, breakfast, room, hotel interior, bathroom. Quietnees.

Cons: car charging options are poor. I'd like more charging independence from the hotel 30€ flat fee..... The swimming pool is basic.

Charming and luxurious getaway close to Santiago

Pros: Luxurious and elegant building, rooms, and furniture. It was a charming place to stay. We enjoyed a snack in the garden from the cafe in front. Sitting in the window of my room felt like sitting in a magic garden. It was quiet with or without the windows open. Short drive to the city. It was nice to have coffee and a lovely glass bottle of complimentary water in the room.

Cons: The shower pressure is not good. The robe was a bit worn/torn. The mattress was satisfactory but not good. A pity! The linens and pillows were lovely.
